The sales process was extremely fast with little inconvenience ~ viewings were limited to two mornings only, with fully vetted viewers who were in a position to proceed. Eight immediate viewings resulted in three very good offers. Sales process start to finish in 3 weeks. Constant updates were given on the progress of the sale.
